Raw Material Sourcing

We guarantee superior product quality by sourcing only prime steel billets and high-grade scrap from pre-qualified, certified suppliers.

Every batch of raw material undergoes rigorous pre-acceptance checks to ensure its chemical composition meets our strict foundational specifications before melting.

In-House Testing Facilities

Our fully-equipped, modern laboratory houses advanced machinery, including a Universal Testing Machine (UTM), to verify mechanical properties like strength and ductility.

We conduct continuous, precise testing on samples from every heat to confirm tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation strictly comply with all mandated standards.

Quality Control (QC) Processes

We implement a multi-stage QC process with checks integrated at melting, rolling, and finishing stages to eliminate defects proactively.

Each finished steel bar is assigned a unique identifier, ensuring complete traceability back to its raw material source and associated mill test certificate.
